Just found these pictures of Ashlee Simpson vacationing in Costa Rica with her boyfriend Pete Wentz late last week. That thing might go down as the worst bikini to ever appear on this site. Good news for Ashlee: I actually have seen another woman wearing that same top. Bad news: she asked me if I wanted to go party with her in the champagne room.
