Nicole Richie baby shower pics sold

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden held their baby shower last week at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Paris and Nicky Hilton, Lauren Conrad, and DJ Samantha Ronson were a few of the estimated 90 guests in attendance. Though the exclusive photo rights to the "Wizard of Oz"-themed party were bought by InStyle magazine, pirated pics were being offered to several tabloids just before the Thanksgiving holiday. One pal of Richie's thinks Paris Hilton was behind the pics (via the New York Daily News):

"All the photos that were offered had Paris right in the center of them, as the star They look set up." The pics, priced at around $3,000 to $4,000, did not sell since the celebrity tabloids closed early last week, due to Thanksgiving. But in the opinion of our conspiracy theorist: "None of the money would have been for Paris — for her it's about the attention." (Source)

I'm pretty sure the tabloids not buying these pics had nothing to do with Thanksgiving and everything to do with the fact that that Paris party pics are a dime a dozen. Now if you want a picture of Paris that will be worth millions, get a photo of her at a library! Or using protection.
