I know this because if Jewel had friends she would have never worn this implant-flattering dress to last night's Country Music Awards. "Hey Jewel I know you love that dress but this turtle neck looks really flattering on you." Posh Spice is laughing at those things.

Jewel does not have, and never has had fake tits. What she has had, much to my ultimate sadness, was a breast reduction. Much like other former bountiful babes Jennifer Connelly, Christina Ricci and, i think, Jennifer Love Hewitt. Not that they all don't still have racks, just not as big. Jewel used to have seriously nice big boobs in her younger years and it looks like the doctor screwed something up when he took some of that boobage away.
those aren't fake tits. they don't even look remotely fake. they're just small and droopy. that's what tits look like when they're droopy and being pushed up by a bra. come on man, get some real world tit experience before you try to post about them.

Well that old adage more than a mouth full is a waist is not true.
I like to sleep on them if I can and have time.
Maybe breast reduction, maybe some weight loss, but she's still gorgeous, any way you slice it....... I love her crooked teeth...... I love a beautiful woman with a slight flaw....... and she has one of the best voices in the business...... and any jerk that would like to kick her with steel toe boots deserves to be executed....
Jewel DID have a breast reduction - she used to have really large breast that embarrassed her. It seems the reduction was botched.
