Just days after being charged with hit and run and driving without a license, Britney Spears was seen driving around L.A. last night with a smashed headlight on her white Mercedes. Britney didn't reveal what she hit but I feel comfortable in assuming it was something living--perhaps a defenseless child or small animal of some sort. Maybe a Golden Retriever puppy. In conclusion, Britney Spears is a horrible monster.
Hummm.... I wonder how submissible time stamped digital photos are in court to help strengthen a "Habitual Violator" charge? Someone should get pics like these to the prosecuter. I'm sure the Judge would find it interesting to see her driving on a suspended license pending the other case. Plus, the state doesn't need a charge to determine a habitual violator charge. It can simply bring that motion based on past convictions. Driving without a license would be one strike all by itself... Hit and run a second. Surely she has a handful of other serious traffic offenses to get her to the 3 most states need to bring a HV charge. C'mon Brit....let's push things just a little further.... =)

why doesn't she have a license? has anyone heard if it was taken away or if she just dern fergotted to buy a new one.
