Errrrr, not really. He was probably speeding and not wearing a seatbelt . . . like he received a ticket for three weeks ago when he was caught doing 82 in a 45 mph zone. That would mark the fourth ticket Nick's received for speeding in the last nine months. AOL Gossip says:
17-year-old Nicky has been busted four times for unlawful speeding, and gotten four points on his license! Nick has been caught doing 115 mph in 70 mile zone, 57 in a 30, and 106 in a 70! (Source)
This is way too cut and dry--too neat. It's almost like someone wants us to think Nick was speeding. Like maybe the Russians. Dammit, why is NO ONE talking about the Russians?!? They've been pretty quiet since the 80s . . . perhaps too quiet.

i got to say, i have one of these cars and you can travel at 100mph with absolutley no worries, they really are great handling cars, and when you travel through a 30pmh zone i sometimes look down and im doing 60, lucky i haven't been caught yet, but anything slower than 50 in these cars feels like a crawl.
I hope his passenger doesn't die. :(
