Nicole Richie's trial has been pushed back to August 16 because an expert witness, Dr. Terence McGee, is on a convenient vacation. Testifying for the defense, McGee will be challenging the results of the urine test given to Richie by police on the grounds that such a test is "unreliable." Still no word on who Richie will be bringing in to challenge her own admission to police that she was high on Vicodin and marijuana when she parked on the freeway. I hope it's that guy on TV with the question mark suit. The jury would be so busy writing down great tips on how to get free money from the government, they'd vote not guilty as an afterthought.
