Nicole Richie's DUI trial starts tomorrow at 8:30 AM. Richie's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, was in court this morning seeking a delay continuance until August 5th but was denied by the judge. The starlet was infamously busted for DUI last December after she confused the westbound lanes of the 134 freeway in Burbank with an eastbound parking lot. In Nicole's defense she was high on Vicodin and marijuana at the time. So it's not like it's completely her fault.
