Lindsay Lohan was pulled over and arrested for drunk driving in Santa Monica early this morning. Police were called after Lohan was seen chasing another vehicle on Pico Blvd around 2 AM. According to sources , the starlet had a blood alcohol level between .12 and .13. Cocaine was also found in her pants pocket. Bail has been set at $25,000 and Lohan is in the process of being released as we speak. For those of you keeping score at home, Lindsay's facing charges of possession of cocaine, infanticide, driving under the influence, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility, and driving on a suspended license. I may have added a charge in there. Guess which one!

When asked for a comment on how 2008 was, the 2009 version of Lindsay responded, "Jailish."
