Clay Aiken is doing a horrible job silencing the gay rumors that seem to surface about him every half-day or so. From the New York Daily News:
Clay Aiken and a bevy of male chorus dancers partied into the wee hours at Cain nightclub over the weekend. The group was celebrating the forthcoming Off-Broadway show, "Idol: The Musical" which is all about Clay and his "Claymates," the fans who love him. The guaranteed-to-be-a-classic show begins previews July 5. Spies say the group ordered multiple bottles of Snow Queen vodka and poured into cabs together after a long night. (Source)
"Snow Queen vodka and male chorus dancers" ... those are the gayest seven words you will read in your entire life. If Clay's trying to stay in the closet, he's not doing a very good job of it--he might as well have worn a suit made of rainbow flags. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I own seven.

You'd sure think as desperate as some people are to "out" this guy that someone would have a camera phone on them at these "alleged" sitings and provide real proof instead of stupid rumors. And don't you think it just a little suspicious that they were all supposedly drinking "Snow Queen vodka?" Come on, guys. This is just more crapola.
I think what's funny is that the guy just goes on living his life and realizes that, as he said, people will think what they want and just because it's said doesn't make it true. I'm not even a defender of the dude but I have to admire the fact that he's got some pretty hefty balls to have endured the shit flung at him and still has been remarkably gracious. And I haven't seen a single instance or mention from him ever mentioned on blogs or media that he has ever in any way been derogatory towards the gay community...sad he gets hounded this way. Ah, well, he seems to be happy in his life and since I don't know him personally and it doesn't affect me anyway, more power to him!

What is there to deny? Better yet, why should it be spoken of at all? It's his life and his personal right to self identify. It really does boggle the mind how it really is any one's business or how his orientation affects anyone but himself and his partner. Matter of fact, that's true of every person.

First of all, Clay has NOTHING to do with the production of Idol, The Musical. Second, Clay just opened up his tour this evening in Texas; do you really think he was galavanting around NYC just a few days before?? And...how come there are no pics??? I know for a fact that Clay Aiken is Gay. He slept with my BF, D. Brotherhood DURING the first few weeks in L.A. of Clay's American Idol run. Clay picked D. up on the internet. They met, did the nasty, saw each other a few times more.
This is not some 'second hand' rumor. But an eye witness account. So ladies, sorry, Clay is all about the sausage...
