Paris Hilton checked into the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood late last night to begin serving her 23-day sentence for violating the terms of her probation. To mentally prepare herself for the three-week stay Paris naturally ... ummm ... attended the MTV Movie Awards. And we're all winners because of it. Because without Paris's uncomfortable reaction (live!), I don't think Sarah Silverman's joke would have been as embarrassing to her. Good times.

She's only going to serve 23 days. She's not going to share her prision cell, in fact, she's hardly going to see other inmates at all. She'll probably be allowed to have little luxuries like iPods, imported bottled water/special food... hell, I think she'll even be allowed to have Tinkerbell with her.

Oh, she'll come out of this unchanged alright, maybe even worse. She'll be celebrated by her shitty friends like a "survivor" and a victim of the envious, petty blue collar rabble. E! (aka TurdTV) will welcome her back, like a hero, that's for sure. But she's fucked nontheless. She didn't completely bought her way out of this. And that's definitely hawt in my book.
