Paris Hilton ordered back to jail

Judge Michael T. Sauer has ordered Paris Hilton back to jail to serve the remainder of her 23-day sentence. In the typically dignified behavior that we've come to expect from Paris, she was physically escorted out of the courtroom while sobbing "Mom, Mom, Mom" and "It's not right." Judge Sauer, you will always have a place in my heart. You need a favor? You need someone killed. I'll fucking do it, don't even think I won't. Dude, you mean that much to me.

Judge Sauer is a hero

Fox News is reporting that she has to go back for her original 45 days and for each day she is "good" she gets a day knocked off of her sentence. Not sure how true that is though!

I just wanted to add that the other big channels weren't showing the live feed, which is why I was watching Fox News. :)

YAAAAAAAAAAY Judge Sauer!! I know have faith in the american judicial system once more... well at least for a few minutes until somebody sues somebody for something completely ridiculous and gets millions for it...

Judge Sauer has destroyed my faith in the judicial system. Instead of treating Paris just like any other citizen, he's biased BECAUSE she's a celebrity. Just in the opposite direction. Neither favors nor extra harsh penalties are fair. What a weenie!

She had her chance. She got probation for drinking-and-driving and then, like the spoiled shit that she is, violated that probation. I don't think 23 days in jail for violating the probation for a drunk driving charge is an "extra harsh" penalty.

lol! i love it!

She's already been credited for 5 days served and is spending the weekend in the hospital ward.

Her lawyers are gonna make her millions when they sue the State of Calif for incompetent behavior.

Actually, I think Paris is a complete loss. But even idiots should get fair and equal treatment. She was treated no different from any other person who needed protection from other inmates. That's nothing special and has nothing to do with celebrity status. She was treated differently when it came to sentencing.

I have no idea about her medical condition so no real comment. I would assume its mental stress related. And no, I don't think she should be released for that - unless other's are.

I'd love to see people locked up for DUI. Fact is they aren't on the first offense. And she wasn't drunk later. All she did was drive under a revoked license. Pfft! That hardly deserves substantial jail time when they are so overcrowded. Let's let out someone who is dangerous to make room for the big bad Paris. *eye roll*

Fact is, they let people out all the time with less actual time served than what Paris has done. But because she's a celebrity they won't give her the same treatment.

I swear this site is so damn funny I can't even stand it. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU (worship)

Reading the comments above, I can't help but notice the subtle irony of the fact that a story about Martha Stewart (who has a driver!) was posted above this story. Martha might have broken the law, but she didn't commit a crime that could have killed someone and...wait for it... she went to PRISON (and not some bullshit 45 or 23 or whatever days in the county lockup) for her crime (she was pissed, but she sucked it up and did her time) and Paris sympathizers are crying over the fact that she's not getting celebrity legal treatment anymore. Give me a small break please.

Has anyone who thinks Paris going back to jail over a traffic violation is an injustice even thought about why Judge Sauer sentenced her so harshly? And no, it's not because he's jealous of her. First, she drove under the influence which could have killed someone (maybe someone you even know). Then she didn't enroll in the classes like she was ORDERED to do as a condition of her probation. Then she gets caught TWICE (ok, I'll excuse the first time just based on her bs story of how she didn't know cause she is that damn dumb) driving with a suspended license AND the paper she signed after being caught the first time saying that she couldn't drive was in her GLOVE COMPARTMENT. Then, she's late to her court hearing like the law is not that serious and she could give a shit because she's Paris fucking Hilton.

Judge Sauer could have looked on any celeb gossip/news website and seen all the pictures of Paris partying (and I'm not talking about dancing) and getting in trouble with the law in the period between her getting put on probation and the hearing and just thought to himself "she's just not getting it". She wasn't making an effort to do better. With all of the money Paris has access to, why not hire a damn driver? You know you're going to get bent when you go out, don't drive (never mind the fact that you're not supposed to be driving anyway). She was being a menace to society, don't for one second think she wasn't driving under the influence after getting caught the first time. Regular people get worse sentencing for less. So the judge thew the book at her and she's being made the example, hopefully this will be the dawn of realization for celebrities and the super wealthy to finally get it: "NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW" (except George W, I still can't seem to wrap my head around that one).

PS: I hope Nicole and Lindsay get theirs too...don't even start me on those two.

mcdonalds theme song ,,,, im loving it

listen, i've been to jail, its fucking horrible..the most boring experience of your life, so a PART of me feels bad for the chick...HOWEVER,if you DO THE CRIME YOU GOTTA DO THE TIME..its an old, played out cliche' but it holds true...doesn't matter who you are..thats how it SHOULD be.

She's upset because in women's prison, there are only so many guards you can get the cock from. Paris might enjoy the random sausage, as it seems.

Thank God somebody with some sanity is involved. This worthless woman will now be treated like everyone else ( other than the special accomodations, etc. ). People need to quit worshipping these bubble heads in Hollywood. They are not idols or heros, only wasted lives.

You're right, JD. I have a shrine to Donna Pescow, and I've been given nothing but grief over it. No more Idol worshipping for this boy, that's for sure. Same for you, Lou Ferrigno.
