Ever since she dissed the people of Alaska I have lost all respect for her. She cancelled a concert in Anchorage because there weren't enough tickets sold. She is from Alaska and she treats Alaskans like crap!

Jewel isn't 'from' Alaska. She wasn't born here. She lived here for a few years. And she certainly wasn't discovered here. She left, and went to California and sent in demos to record labels.

But I still like her, and have every one of her CDs lol.
