Britney Spears may file a restraining order to keep her mom, Lynne, away from her two children. For the last few months Britney's been pissed at Lynne for supposedly "forcing" her into rehab after Britney started to act insane. The relationship between mother and daughter is so icy that Britney didn't call Lynne on her birthday and also refused to visit her in the hospital on Mother’s Day (Lynne had pneumonia). X17 says:

Reports had the mother and daughter reconciling last month and we did catch Brit's mom and her daughter's Bel Air home, but Britney was mum on mom the following day when we asked if she was happy to see her mom again. We haven't seen the two together since then and now our source is telling us there are some very deep problems between the two. Apparently Britney feels the situation is serious enough to file a restraining order against her own mother to keep her mom away from her two sons, according to our source. (Source)

Is there any Judge in the world that would issue this restraining order? Britney has a better chance at suing her shoelaces for being "too dang hard to tie."
