In the wake of Lindsay Lohan's DUI arrest last week, major heat is coming down on Hollywood club Les Deux. Lindsay was spotted leaving the club at 3:30 a.m.--Lindsay Lohan is not 21. The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control is currently reviewing witness statements and may launch a formal investigation into the incident. Regarding Lindsay's wild night, the owner of Les Deux, Lonnie Moore, issued the following statement.

"Lindsay had dinner at Les Deux that night and waited for friends to pack up the DJ supplies, thus leaving Les Deux after closing. Because of the enormous paparazzi presence outside of Les Deux that night, we allowed her to stay late and wait for her friends. She was not drinking at Les Deux, and left driven by her driver."
