The display also features Tinkerbell, Hilton's forlorn pet Chihuahua with matching tiara, and debuts in the trendy Williamsburg, Brooklyn neighborhood where prom-goers frequently dine. The 'unglamorous' display which includes support material from anti-drunk driving organizations counters "the disturbingly glamorized trend of Hollywood's 'girls gone wild'," according to gallery director, David Kesting. THIS IS DISTURBING and totally about objectifying women, actually making drunk driving seem sexual or sexy. What woman drives nude and dies spread eagle, in ecstasy? I find this highly offensive and think America is just fucking going to hell in a handbasket. Fuck this artist, Paris, and the poorly guised notion that this is an educational display. Educational my ass!

This is about the Paris Hilton 'sculpture'. The girl had a DUI, which everyone would agree is not cool. (barely, by the way) Still, people tune in to see her for being herself. Now, here's an 'artist' who claims to be helping kids by showing how it could have turned out for her. However, how does her being depicted in such a sexualized manor, even encouraging KIDS to comment and write an obituary for her, to touch her intestines, etc, have anything to do with drunk driving? We're encouraging kids to believe that she deserved some sort of horrible death in which she's in some suggestive pose which reminds me of something like a serial killing, and we just can't stop the glee? What the F?
What if someone depicted this man, this 'artist' with his brain open and shown as pieces of shit and dollar signs coming out of his heart, while myriad of children look on applauding because that's what it is. It's a disgusting cash grab at the expense of humanity. We wallow in our own filth. We all watch on as this girl is crucified and we love it. It's not okay for her to make money off of exploiting images of herself, but it's okay for someone to put her in a demeaning pose and invite people to write obituaries of her and touch her insides.
