Nick Lachey got quite the rude surprise earlier this month in the form of an in-flight movie. The former boy-bander was flying cross country with girlfriend Vanessa Minillo when a stewardess announced the in-flight movie was to be Employee of the Month starring ex-wife Jessica Simpson. Mike Walker of the National Enquirer has the rest:

Noting the sudden tension, attendants huddled in the plane's galley for an emergency meeting, then made a new announcement moments later: "Ladies and gentlemen, due to technical difficulties with our in-flight movie, we will instead be showing Bandidas - starring Penelope Cruz and Salma Hayek!" I believe this actually happened about as much as I believe the judge who berated me last month was being serious. For supposedly being “one of the worst drunk drivers in the history of this court," I'd say I did a pretty bang up job of driving home from the saloon last Tuesday afternoon. Yep, made it nearly four blocks before I hit that talking mailbox that looked suspiciously like a homeless man pushing a shopping cart. As I told the arresting officer, my car had just as much right to be on that sidewalk as he did!
