Just ran across this clip of noted joke-thief Carlos Mencia getting caught yet again stealing jokes from another comedian. This time, Bill Cosby's the target. Bill Freaking Cosby. Stealing jokes from that lovable guy is like shaking down a girl scout for her lunch money. It's only fun and immensely satisfying if you don't get caught.
I personally don't care for either one of them as comedians or human beings but is there a statute of limitations on jokes?
I agree, I didnt know there was a "Statute of Limitations" on jokes. I dont care who tells a joke as long as they can pull it off. Why isnt anyone going after all the other comics that have recycled jokes? Who woke up one morning and said "Tag Carlos, your it"?
