Remember last week when Britney Spears checked into Eric Clapton's Crossroads rehab center and left less than 24 hours later? Looks like she did it again. ET Online is claiming that Britney left the Malibu-based Promises rehab center early Wednesday morning--once again less than 24 hours after she checked in. You know what, maybe it's the rehab centers we should be blaming for this. No alcohol. No drugs. Probably no porn. It's like a worse version of hell.
