Britney Spears is selling the house she moved into less than two months ago. The insane former pop princess (now confirmed!) purchased the $7.2 million Beverly Hills estate in mid December shortly after she announced the big divorce to husband Kevin Federline. A rumor circulating at the time claimed Britney wanted to be closer to the Hollywood club scene. Having already moved back to her old Malibu home in late January, Britney will list the house for $7.5 million. A source told OK! Magazine:
"Britney says that Preston preferred living at the Malibu property," says the source. "It has more land and huge garden - it's a better environment for Britney to raise the boys. She originally liked the Beverly Hills property but she soon realized she'd made a mistake." (Source)Britney previously listed the Malibu home for sale at $13.5 million but sources say she has changed her mind and now wants to hang on to it.
When asked by the reporter for a comment, Britney responded "I don't know what real estates are but that word reminds me of chips, are you hidin' chips from me mister. She has gone through a lot w/Kevin Federline. In my opinion he bit the hands who fed his ASS. He used, abused her mentally. Oh, all the little fender benders are all because she is swarmed around by how many damn paparozzi that won't move out of her way so she can even move her car.
