According to TMZ, at the urging of family members Britney Spears checked into a Los Angeles in-patient facility today. If this stay is as wildy successful as her last "rehab stay," she'll be drunk by 5 today and cutting off an ear by 11, claiming she's always been "super inspired by Vernon Van Gogh."

UPDATE: Spears' rep issue the following statement to People Magazine:

"Britney Spears has voluntarily checked herself into an undisclosed rehab facility today. We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time."

Voluntary LOL. Do publicists ever not lie? They'd make great spies.
