Britney Spears was paid approximately $400,000 to host a New Year's Eve party at PURE Nightclub in Las Vegas on Sunday. All was going well until the host collapsed just before 1 A.M. A clubgoer reveals:

"She seemed to be having a really good time. But then we saw the security doors for VIPs at the back of the club fly open. We saw Britney being carried out. It appeared she couldn’t walk on her own and had to be physically carried out."

According to Britney's manager Larry Rudolph:

“[Britney] is fine. She had been travelling all day. She got real tired. It was a late night for her.” He denied that Britney had been drinking heavily.
