She's not the only person to have rear-ended someone. Hell, I have. The only difference is the speed they were going. I see people doing more than 75 in a 55 mph zone. Sure, it's sad. I wouldn't go so far as to call it a tragedy, though. Until all the information is in, we can't really cast blame.

Since it's widely known (at least in Hollywood) that Brandy is an alien (as in E.T...only strangely more attractive) it doesn't really matter what she's sued for since it is quite easy for her species to replicate money. Sadly, they are not quite so skilled at learning some of the more basic human tasks such as driving an automobile in a safe manner. She really should just pay them the money and be done with it but I suppose she probably wants to milk this for as much publicity as she can. I guess it's working. I for one didn't even realize she was still on Earth...now I know she's here and probably thinking about making a comeback!
