You suggest a pet stroller is for children, but many people get dog strollers for lots of good and legitimate reasons. Tori's pooch reportedly is having hip problems, and it's better she's spending quality time with Mimi than leaving her at home! Other people get pet strollers for trips to the vet, older dogs, and the like.
