For the third time in a month, rapper Snoop Dogg was arrested by Los Angeles police, this time for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, possessing cocaine, transporting marijuana and having a false compartment in his vehicle. Snoop had just finished taping an episode of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno when he was busted.
Snoop has had a series of run-ins with cops lately. The Grammy-nominated artist surrendered to authorities in Orange County earlier this month to face charges that he tried to carry a weapon onto a plane in September. Broadus was arrested in a separate incident in October at the Burbank airport, near Los Angeles, after police said they found a gun and marijuana in his car.
I like how they describe Snoop as "Grammy-nominated." See, I want to be nominated for some random award just so I can walk around with a title like that for the rest of my life. I'm kinda screwed since they don't give out awards for incredible strength and unparalleled wisdom.
I though all Grammy Nominated artists smoke weed and carry firearms and cocaine. Why are they targeting Snoop?
