Nicole Richie bikini pics!
Nicole Richie is denying speculation that a story in the New York Post was about her. A few days ago the Post ran a "blind item" claiming a "Hollywood starlet" had gastric bypass surgery - and then, after losing too much weight, went in to have the gastric band removed. From Richie's MySpace page:
So i gain a little bit of weight, and im acussed of having a gastric bypass surgery reversed? Its pathetic of Page Six to insinuate i have done this. Anyone that knows anything about this surgery would know that legally, you must be AT LEAST 100 pounds overweight to even have the surgery done, and is a serious, life changing procedure; not one to throw around as a joke or a rumor. Ive given a statement I am in the process of putting on weight, and that should be enough. Its a shame to hear that instead of hearing supportive words, someone needs to spin it into some negative, absurd way
Is there some sort of gastric bypass 100-pound law that I don't know about? Because I've been keeping tabs on the man lately and I would know if he restricted my ability to have a surgical ring implanted into my stomach. Besides, even if there was some sort of law, she could always go down to Mexico. My neighbor took his son down there on his seventeenth birthday to have a bottle opener implanted into his forearm. It actually turned out pretty nice.
Nicole's publicist added:
"It is not Nicole," her publicist tells PEOPLE. "There are a ton of 'Hollywood starlets.'"
This is what she mustered for a defense? Since there are other people who fit the definition of a Hollywood starlet, clearly it can't be Nicole. I think I could have formed a better rebuttal just using one of those magnetic poetry kits you put on your fridge.

She used the word "insinuate?" I wonder which publicist wrote the response for her.
What's pathetic is the fact that she's still clinging to her 15 minutes!
