LAST month I questioned whether there was a national knicker shortage. Now I'm starting to think the problem has spread worldwide. My eagle-eyed snappers caught Eva Longoria revealing too much flesh as she went shoe shopping in Los Angeles yesterday. I can't be certain but it looks as though the Desperate Housewives star has no underwear on. So keeping to my promise of issuing pants to celebs who flash, I'm sending Eva a pair of knickers.
