Larry Birkhead, who claims to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith's newborn daughter Dannie Lynn Hope, filed a lawsuit on Monday, demanding that Smith return to California for a paternity test:

First of all, shes not married, they had a commitment ceremony! Second of all, he said he has tried to get in touch with Anna, and she won't return any of his calls. I believe he has every right in the world to know if that is his baby, and if it is, then to be a part of her life...

Child Protective Services should have stepped in a long time ago...It has been reported by very reliable sources that any home she's in is like a walk in pharmacy...! Most likely the baby was born with drugs in her system, as it was reported that her friend saw her taking drugs and saw that it was Meth and some other things ! She had an expediated permanent residency to the Bahamas which has been found out that it was all based on fraud and lies, and they have taken over another man's home and are squatting and freeloading and refuse to leave, she has claimed 3 father's to the baby (never heard of a kid having 3 biological dads), and the healthy son who mysteriously dies her her hospital room and most likely at the hands of the Peckerface (Howard K. Stern) !!! And then the assumption that she has probably died the babie's hair to make it look like that jail bait she lives with ! Come on Folks !! Let's get real ! I AM SO HAPPY THAT LARRY IS THE FATHER BUT, I DON'T KNOW IF ANNA NICOLE SMITH WOULD BE HAPPY ABOUT THAT BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T WANT HER MOTHER AROUND THAT BABY AND SHE EVEN HAD THAT TALK WITH INSIDE EDITION TELLING THEM SHE WILL NEVER LET HER MOTHER TOUCH HER BABY.
