Lindsay Lohan fractured her wrist in two places Friday night after falling at Milk Studios in NYC.

According to Lindsay’s rep, Leslie Sloane, the star of Bobby was walking in an outdoor patio area in flat Channel boots when she suddenly slipped. Her driver rushed her to St. Vincent's Hospital where she was met by her momanager, Dina Lohan, who’d driven in from Long Island.

"Milk studios did not accommodate her,” Lindsay's lawyer Mike Heller tells Us. “They were negligent, they didn't have the proper amount of staff."

Sloane told Access Hollywood over the weekend that "there's a pending investigation” because Lohan claims that Milk Studios didn't take the proper precautions to cover the slick ground, which was wet from rain. Heller is planning on filing a lawsuit against Milk Studios because the actress had been scheduled to return to LA for movie meetings, and that her accident may conflict with her ability to work and attend those meetings.

The accident may conflict with her ability to work? How did Lindsay's lawyer possibly say that with a straight face? Paying her bar tab is about as much work that Lindsay does on a daily basis. Just managing to make it into her own bed at night is a huge accomplishment.
